Buck's Honey Bees, LLC was founded in 2022 by Dalton S. Day.

Dalton started beekeeping during the pandemic at El Paseo Community Garden in Pilsen, where he is currently involved on the steering committee, beekeeping team, and is the program manager for the El Paseo Chapter of Chicago Tree Ambassadors. 

After falling in love with bees and learning from so many gracious members of the community, Dalton obtained his Master Beekeeping Certification from the University of Montana. The rest is history.
